Message	I had the same problem with my Escort hood. Bought it from a member here and he had no fitment issues. But on my car it was all "f-ed" up. So what I did was take off the latch bracket from the car and dremeled out/up the hole for where it screwed in, so I was able to place the bracket lower...there by letting the hood latch lower. Sorry I don't have picks to back it up but feel free to email me.
